Amber is currently an undergraduate at the University of Colorado. She is studying environmental science with an emphasis in international business. Growing up in small towns, she has developed a keen sense of adventure and seeks to bring new experiences into her life. Her travels over the past ten years have allowed her to experience new people and new cultures. These travels have also aided in the growth of her devotion and love for the environment. Her newly discovered curiosity for these cultures, and love for the environment ultimately led her to Kalu Yala. It is here that Amber has found the perfect opportunity to apply all of her passions with the aid of Kalu Yala and the “Naked Development” initiative. Much like Naked Development, Amber is energetic, enthusiastic and soulful. She is very passionate about the sustainability, eco-friendly living and locality that are guiding Kalu Yala. She is tenacious in her efforts when starting a project, and strives to complete it to the best of her abilities. She looks forward to being a part of the bold team at Kalu Yala!
