Biography - Lillian Sonnenberg
Growing up in Austin, Texas, Lillian has been exposes to an eclectic and vibrant city, focused on healthy living and environmental awareness. Unknowingly, this has helped shape the way she is today and her passion for green living and conservation. Two years ago she had the opportunity to serve as a volunteer for a Conservation Corp all over Arizona and California. Working in State and National Parks the great outdoors grew a special place in her heart. This life changing experience gave her new insight to the importance of conserving the natural environment. After studying archaeological anthropology and art history at The University of Texas at Austin, Lillian is antsy to see more of the world! She believes the best way to learn and enhance life is through experience. With Kalu Yala, she is excited to work with like-minded people and explore the beauty of Panama.
