Permission to Mural
This week I got permission to implement a mural along the wall in the outdoor recreation center – La Cancha. I am very excited to honor and represent the people, land, and history of San Miguel in a design format and provide a unique space for future community events. This mural will not only preserve the past but will enrich the present, all while adding to the beauty of San Miguel. I plan on gathering ideas and stories for the mural through the English classes, and having the children and the community help to paint it.
